Attorney seats are billed users with full access. Support staff seats are included free with every plan—paralegals, administrative assistants, and shared support roles. Support staff can do everything an attorney can do in the platform, but they’re not the responsible attorney on any case. Solo includes 2 support staff seats; larger plans include more (2× attorney seats on each tier).

No. Monthly billing is month-to-month—cancel any time. Annual billing is a 12-month commitment in exchange for the lower per-month rate. If you cancel mid-year on an annual plan, you keep access through the end of your paid period.

Never. Every plan includes unlimited cases, unlimited documents and unlimited clients. The only thing that scales with your plan is attorney seats and support staff seats. Your bill is the same whether you have 5 active matters or 500.

You can export all your cases, documents, and communications at any time—before, during, or after cancellation—in standard formats (ZIP archives, JSON, PDF). We keep your data accessible for 90 days after cancellation in case you change your mind. After that, it’s permanently deleted.
